Wildwaters Lodge is open year-round affording guests the opportunity to enjoy this piece of paradise during all seasons. Situated on 6.05 hectares of unspoiled island paradise and nestled between thundering rapids on the River Nile. Wildwaters Lodge is situated 3km east of Kangulumira town on the quiet tarmac Kayunga Road that loops around Mabira Forest on the west bank of the Nile. You are on a private oasis of tranquility and energy just 30 minutes to the adventure-hub of Jinja and 1.5 hours from Kampala.
Elevated wooden walkways gracefully link the rooms to the restaurant and bar area and offer an unforgettable walk through the heart of the forest. The main lodge is located on a solid rock peninsula amidst the rapids of the River Nile.
Lemana lodge has beautifully appointed stand-alone suite-style rooms which are elevated above the ground and connected by a network of meandering walkways. Some suites have a unique view of the Nile rapids that are both breathtaking and spectacular. Other rooms offer views of a tranquil Nile. 9 deluxe suites and 1 family suite make up the total compliment of accommodation on the island. All suites are private and exclusive and can be made into a double or triple or twin configuration. A day bed is standard in all suites. The suites enjoy private balconies with free standing baths and mosquito nets. Additionally, a room safe, en-suite private bathroom with great rain showers and complimentary toiletries are available. Comfortable and casual clothing is recommended for yoru stay. Days are normally warm and evenings can be cool.
Meals are taken in the main area by the pool-side with magnificent views of the River Nile. All meals are included in your stay. Private dinners can be catered for in your room or at the pool-side on request. The lodge dishes are made from the freshest ingredients and we are able to accommodate most dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan and gluten free amongst others. All dietary preferences must be advised at the time of booking.

Meals
